MEET GEN

An original HR creative [rebel], Genevieve has tirelessly supported and led organisations on making transitions to new and improved ways of working through challenging the status quo and disrupting the mundane and monotonous. 

 

Genevieve always knew that nothing ever happens inside the comfort zone, and that’s exactly why she pushed herself (and organisations) to move outside of it with every given opportunity.     In 2006, after 10 solid years in operational and specialist HR roles and her CIPD under her belt, Genevieve spread her wings to go solo!

 

With a personal ambition (and flair) Genevieve chose to move into HR projects, design, and change work as a consultant, where her interim career took off and led to her working on a wide range of exciting and creative transformation programmes and projects across the UK with a range of organisations in various sectors.    

 

Some of the notable names that Genevieve has worked with throughout her career include Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Barclaycard, Centrica (British Gas), EY, Zizzi Restaurants, The Co-operative Group, TUi Travel Plc (The LateRooms Group), Defra, Crown Commercial Services, NCFE, Wesleyan Insurance, and The Gambling Commission.    Genevieve has also worked with smaller or more niche organisations in various sectors including construction, accounting, education, FS, and the care sector.

 

As a result of 26 years in the people's profession Genevieve qualifies as a time-served people and culture expert that has held permanent and interim positions up to leadership level.  Throughout most of her career Genevieve has business partnered with organisational leaders (partners, directors, VPs, and the C-suite) as well as providing wider support to managers and employees, either directly or through operational or project teams she led.

 

With a focus on smart design and creative-problem solving Genevieve has successfully enabled organisations to make critical changes to their people and culture offering through consulting and coaching interventions.
